We are a creative family of three from Australia and have lived in Vancouver since the summer of 2012. We live in an amazing 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house that is too big for us alone and have chosen to share our space and lifestyle with students who prefer the comforts and safety of a family environment.

Be honest and respectful of homestay and other peoples' space, clean up after yourself and do not invite strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, this needs to be communicated in advance. No illegal actives of any kind, including gambling, downloading of pirated material, no drugs or unauthorised parties permitted. Please keep our home secure when entering and leaving the house. Turn OFF all lights and electrical devices when not in use and abide by our and the city's recycling regulations. Note: Use of the kitchen is for cooks only. This means you MUST KNOW how to cook and CLEAN UP after yourself.

Thank you for taking care of me during my time in Vancouver. Time goes so fast that I have stayed here for such a long time. I love George's sandwiches, Alison's vegetable soup and Bella's drinks. After moving to this bigger house, the view outside is amazing!

I stayed in Vancouver for 6 weeks and time passes by really fast. I love weather here, it is very fresh and I also love nature here! There are a lot of place to travel and many activities to join. I like Grouse Mt and seeing fireworks and going hand out with all of you.

I would like to say, "Thank You" to all of you. You make my memories in Canada happy completely. I will miss all of time that we had ever spent together... (first Thai students).
