Our home is wonderfully cozy and super functional. This listing is suited for individuals/families/friends who are ok sharing common areas with a super fun, but super busy family. We have a separate wing of our large home which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have posted photos of all of the areas of our home we give access to. During these stays, we will move our teens to the other side of the home, so you will have full run of one side of the house. We have a desk in two of the rooms, along with high speed wi-fi for anyone who needs it.

We are foodies and home chefs so our kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware you would want to make a delicious meal. We do spend a lot of our time in the kitchen, cooking, so we'd love to have dinner together on a night we are all there. While our indoor living space is relaxing and low key, our outdoor space is relaxing and a blast. We have an oversized pool with a 10’ deep end and diving board. One of your bathrooms is our pool bath. You will have full access to this space. We also use it, often, on the weekends. We do have a child safety fence we are happy to put up if you have young children. We also have a resort style living space in our backyard (with a soccer goal) that leads to our large fire pit and seating area. In addition, we have a vegetable garden (my favorite place to be) on the side of our home. We also have fruit trees on the property. Please feel free to eat any fruits or veggies growing in our garden and on our trees. We back up to conservation, so no need to worry about neighbors out back. Out front there is a basketball hoop and plenty of sidewalks to ride bikes or scooters. We do have two vehicles in the driveway, but often move them so our kids can shoot hoops. We are happy to do this.

While we love meeting new people, we WILL be running in and out as our kids have school and play sports. We often don't get home until 9:30 p.m. Our children go to school early in the morning, so while they are very quiet... they will be in the kitchen making breakfast. We also constantly have laundry going, so if you need the washer and dryer, just let us know! We will pause ours to free it up for you.

Here are the sleeping arrangements for our guest wing:
-Bedroom 1- Full over Full bunk bed.
-Bedroom 2- Twin over full bunk bed. Plus a standard size crib.
-Bedroom 3- Twin over Twin bunk bed with a futon that converts to twin bed. We have a foam topper for the futon.

**Super important: There are no pets in our home and NO PETS allowed, due to a severe allergy with a couple of our kids. We love furry friends, but they just make the kiddos too sick.**
