We have a safe, quiet house. We believe in kindness and respect for one another and expect our guests to act accordingly. No smoking is allowed, indoors or out. If you smoke anywhere, this will not be a good fit for you. Additional pets, outside of our dog, are not allowed. We ask people to be particularly quiet from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Additional guests are also not allowed unless we have made prior arrangements.
