I have a furnished bedroom on the second floor of my house available. You will be the only tenant on this floor, so you can enjoy the peaceful quiet and privacy. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, bookshelf, two nightstands, dresser and a large closet. If you need anything else you can let me know.?

There is a newly renovated full bath/shower on this floor that will be your personal washroom.

I have fast internet, full laundry service in the basement, a 50" TV in a the large living room on the main floor, and a patio/grass lawn that you are welcome to make use of. Join in on breakfast and dinner, or feel free to cook for yourself in the kitchen with lots of space in the fridge/cupboards for your own groceries.?

I am available to pick you up at the airport, and you can carpool to get groceries when needed.?

There is a large grocery store 5 minutes by car, or a short bus trip. We are close to a library, gym, park, and great forest walking/jogging/biking trails if you enjoy nature.?

This place is very convenient for Algonquin College students, but also is on the main bus line for getting across town if that is what you need.?
