Peaceful Oakville home

We are a small family, mother and young adult daughter, welcoming a student to share our home. We keep a clean home and wish everyone to be equal in house duties. All I wish is everyone to clean up after themselves as I like to keep a peaceful home. The washroom you will use will be shared with my 23 year old daughter. Beautiful shower and drawers available for your use. I am generous with food however I expect everyone to be respectful of eachother regarding food and cleanliness of the kitchen.
You enjoy a peaceful quiet home with occasional party which of course you will be included in. My family is very hospitable and will include you, if you wish, with family events. We encourage good studying habits however give you space and privacy.

We have a clean quiet home close to Sheridan College , White Oaks S.S and Trinity SS. I am able to accommodate clean respectful students either senior in highschool and/ or college. The Neighbourhood is close friends and very safe, as we watch over each others homes. My home consists of myself and my 23 year old daughter: she is a competive athlete. I am a Oakville realtor and also enjoy cooking aswell as working out. We cook healthy nutritious meals daily in our household and believe generosity with food is necessary. The student will enjoy private room with tv, high speed internet, and Netflix. The washroom is shared however everyone is courteous with washroom time and privacy. I do expect everyone in the household to keep the washroom clean after use. I do own a cat however it often stays in the basement and it minds its own business. I provide all the food and am open to the student preparing meals for themselves and I want them to feel comfortable with helping themselves to the kitchen and fridge. During the winter months my house is very warm and in the summer time my house is air-conditioned and comfortable. I am not cheap on living , I believe in good food and comfortable surroundings therefore the student will also feel at home as well and very comfortable. My expectations of a student coming into my home is that they keep their room and bathroom tidy. We are a clean and courteous family and very welcoming however we expect the same from the student as we want a peaceful home. We are two females living in the home so we prefer female students. My main concerns is that the student keeps their room and bathroom clean and focus on their studies so they succeed.
