Welcome to Canada , My name is Leila and single woman living in the single detached house in Newmarket , I have 2 bedrom in second floor and would like to host students , Major intersection is Dawson Manor and Yonge , close to Davis Dr,and 4 minutes walk to Upper Canada mall. Walking distance to costco, bestbuy, Walmart, Tim Hortons, Mcdonald's superstore,,Canadian Tire , Food basic and no frills . What I offer : one bedroom available for a student(girl) who needs homestay in Newmarket. Breakfast lunch & Dinner (price with meal $1200 , whitout meal $900) Furnished room with bed, chair & closet One full Bathroom Utilities included and unlimited internet Some rules in my house; NO pets. NO smoking, NO alcohol or drugs No guest permitted in the house Keep yourself, your clothes, your room, your linens, laundry room and your bathroom clean. clean up after eating lock the house when entering or exiting. Student will be provided own pass code to entre home Never cook on the big stove/oven. Use the designated microwave or toaster oven. Be home on time. Call us if you need to stay after school for school activities. Travel with a friend, or call us to arrange for pick up. Curfew hours is at 10:00PM. Student is to eat in the dining room no meals inside their room, only snacks are allowed. Snacks are provided such as fruits, juice, cookies & crackers. Use internet legally and appropriately. Please inform the Host if you are not going to school or don’t have school.
