The house is a 4 bedroom house, its beautiful and spotlessly clean. There are 2 people within the house including myself, it's close to all iminities and you will be made very! Welcome. There is use of the kitchen... however I am prepared to provide an evening meal at a additional price which will be offered to you on your enquiry to the room. But there will be light breakfast offered within the price of the nightly charge i.e. Ceriels toast and fresh orange juice. It's a no smoking indoors policy.. however there is a garden area within the rear of the house where guests are welcome to smoke.

The room is a beautiful clean and bright room, very confortable double bed. There is a television set on a wall bracket has 2 bedside cabinets and a good set of draws. I will,provide clean towels and there are facilities in the room to make hot drinks if needed. I will provide breakfast but an additional fee of ￡7 will be added if evening meal is required. You will have use of washing machine and dryer at no extra cost. My location is 5 minute walk to tram station which will take you into the Manchester City centre in 35 minutes, 10 minutes to the Manchester airport and 15 minutes to the main hospital. We have plenty of amenities within close proximity. Leisure centre gym swimming pool 3 minutes walk from the house.
