In a very quiet area and just 5-10 min to drive to University CSUN, Piers College and a very popular Village at Topanga Shopping Mall. Very friendly atmosphere with a lot of light and friendliness. Renting the entire house is possible. All of guests are very happy staying here.

Nelly was a great host in a beautiful home. She was very warm & inviting & waited for me to check in late into the night. Once I arrived I was shown around & explained things very simply which made for a good stay. I had my own key so I could come & go as I pleased & the neighbouring homes make a lovely addition to the neighbourhood feel which would be great for anyone who likes to take strolls during the day or evenings or just hang out on the front porch. Allowing pets is a bonus. Although I don't own any. The kitchen is so spacious & nicely put together & the outside area is a big part of the house & where I spent a great deal of time. Nelly has a great eye for detail & is a very skilled interior decorator. I really appreciated the advice she had to offer & the amazing coffee she was kind enough to share with me on a few occasions. Thanks Nelly for a comforting & accommodating stay in your home.
