It is a big house: 3 floors, 240m2.
There is always normally coffee, which you can drink when you want :)
The neighbors are quite nice, there is a small community in the *Quinta" (a typical type of living place in Lima, where many houses share a grid door, a passage, and a yard).
We have 3 cats, who are very friendly and normally sleep on the second floor.

House of 3 floors, with 6 rooms (one has a desk to work), a living and dining room, three toilets (two with shower), kitchen, washing machine and dryer. There is a table in front of the house where you can sit and relax because we live in a typical "Quinta" in Miraflores, which makes it safe and quiet (despite being in the middle of a trendy neighborhood). We are four living in the house: Casandra, Cynthia, Geni, and Mateo. Plus three cats: Illa, Heraud, and Vasco :D We are looking forward to meeting you!
+ You have everything around you: stores (at least three), bakery, Hairdresser, etc. You have many buses to take around the city just 2-4 blocks away from home (in Pardo Av., Angamos Av., Comandante Espinar Av., or Arequipa Av.).
+ Universities: Piura University (walking distance). Furthermore, you have direct public transportation to Pontifical Catholic University and San Marcos University. You can also go to Lima University through the "corredor azul and rojo" (the city buses).
+ You also have many bars very close to the house (within walking distance). Many tourist places as well (Huaca Pucllana and within walking distance of the ocean, where you can run and bike).
