The guest and host are to agree on a time of arrival. No smoking - only outside. No pets. Keep your keys on you at all times, loss of keys incurs a ￡30 fee. Communal areas such as the kitchen and bathroom to be kept clean after use for the next person. All food to be eaten in the kitchen only. Dishes to be put in the dishwasher. The washing machine is used upon request. Be quiet and take your shoes off when coming in late, please consider guests who are in bed. No heels to be worn in the house, it will damage the floors. Any damage made by the guest must be reported immediately and paid for before departure.
