Family of 3, in Vancouver, speaking English and Farsi, looking to welcome a student from anywhere. Willing to help him or her to achieve their study and discover Vancouver life. we are offering 1 bedroom, shared bathrooms in West Vancouver, close to beach and bus route. It is 20 minutes to downtown and the house is in a great nice location. You will enjoy your stay.
Our home is amazing, and our services and support for elementary and high school kids are on a much higher level than other homestays. I have been working with international students and kids for 4 years. Homework help, 24-hour unrestricted access to food, high-quality meals, group activities, laundry service, driving to and from school, academic counselling, teacher follow-up, and more.
The home has 3 bedrooms available for students, 2 kitchens, a living room, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, a big-screen TV for movie night, a large covered patio and a back yard. The house is very clean, full of light and well-equipped.
- We are working in the food industry and hospitality is our background.
- We offer full guardianship services for students under 18 - full guardianship includes public school pick-up and drop-off, extracurricular activity support, homework help, medical check-ups, reports home to parents (with video and photos) and more

Great horseshoe bay location, walking distance to Starbucks, bus, fairies, and restaurants. Great for families. Just 10 minutes to the Cypress Cross Country Skiing Trails. You could take a bus for just 30 min to get downtown. This is very nice a friendly neighbourhood that you will feel that you are at home.
