Homestay with Vietnamese family

We are a Vietnamese family looking for a Vietnamese homestay student. We have a large furnished bedroom, private bathroom with a bed, desk, dresser, futon, and 50'' tv. The house is situated in a quiet number and within walking distance to shopping areas on Fraser St. and Victoria St. There are local markets along with many restaurants nearby. There is also a community center within walking distance which consists of a swimming pool, gym, recreational activities.

The room is available on August 28, 2018 for $800/month. Meals are not included. The student must be neat and tidy.

Nice clean furnished room with bed, dresser, desk and chair. Perfect for students. Looking for clean, quiet, friendly students, female students preferred. The room is on the upstairs level. All facilities (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, laundry) would be shared with other students and house caretaker (60yr old Vietnamese woman). Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are fully stocked with household supplies and utensils. Rent includes utilities + WiFi. House is located in a quiet and convenient location. Close to McDonalds (5 min) and Fraser Street Shopping (20min) by walking. Accessible buses are #22 (Knight St), #430 (Knight St), and #49 (49th St).
