Our home is a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Papamoa Beach. It is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest bus-stop - where buses take you to Mount Maunganui, Library, Supermarkets, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Tauranga Central and all over Tauranga! It is also just a 10 minute walk to the nearest cafe, doctor's, pharmacy, physic, dentist as well as a small supermarket. It is a 15 minute drive to the nearest shopping centre that has supermarkets, retail shops, cafes, gym and banks. We live in a new, family-friendly suburb that is incredibly safe and clean.
