Amazing host in central of Tokyo

I have been host for Youth exchange program students for 25 years. I enjoy very much. There are many Univ. around here, for example, Sophia Univ. Waseda Univ. Hosei Univ. Chuo Univ. etc. and big hospitals. You can find supermarkets and convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops. You can go anywhere within 30 min. by train. Shinjuku is only 2 stop from here and takes 10 min. by train. There are many museum and gymnasiums for the Olympic Games, park etc.

Located in the central of Tokyo. You can go anywhere within 30 min. by train and only two stops from Shinjuku and 1 min. from Akebonobashi station. (Subway Tei Shinjuku Line) There are many restaurants, cafe and pub. 10min. walk to Tokyo Akasaka the State Guest-House, 15min.walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden too. Room is remodeled 2 years ago, compromise between Japanese and Western styles. Very quite and safety area.
