The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom, and the third of which has its own bathroom. They are all on the second floor. Downstairs, there is a spacious living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a large sun room for relaxing and watching TV. I have been a host mom for 8 year, and now that my daughter is away at college, I enjoy having young people in my home.

We are conveniently located in the triangle near three major freeways: The I-5, the 805, and the 52. It is a 10-minute walk to public transportation from my house. Whenever possible, I drive my students to school in the morning. The area where I live is one of the most desirable, safest, and well-located residential areas in the City of San Diego because of the easy access to other areas. The preferred mode of travel is by car, and many of my students have rented cars by the month or even by the day on weekends. And taking Uber is also very popular with the students.
