This is a very Japanese place to stay. It's a Japanese home. It's like a home away from home.

★No smoking in the house, but outside the Smoking Area.
★The house only accepts a count of the number of guests accommodated you booked.
★When you check in, you will be asked to indicate necessary items in the accommodation ledger.
★All reservations on Peacock Hill will prepared the beds and rooms, based on the total number of guests you requested. ( If there are 4 people or less, some rooms may be closed)

I will definitely choose to stay here again!
Location was perfect :) just 3 stations away from the Omiya mega-station (within 10 minutes). The house was well-equipped, clean, pretty and just a really really comfortable place to stay. I would totally stay here again when I visit Saitama.

Impressive! The owner was very friendly, offered a house with washing machine, drier, a nice kitchen and cute living room with sofa and carpet. Located pretty near to the JR station, quiet surroundings. Also the bedroom was pinky in Hello Kitty style. It's safe to say Rainbow guesthouse is the best place you can get, at a nice price, for a solo girl traveller. Definitely will book the very same place if I visit Saitama again.

Super clean and comfy room with low budget!
It was an amazing property to stay with. Super clean and comfortable place for stay. 7-8 min walks to the JR station. there is a great supermarket right outside the train station. Facilities: Free to use the washing machine and the drying machine. Great kitchen that you can buy food from the supermarket and enjoy cooking here. Definitely would recommend others to come if staying in Saitama.
