Welcome! we have a beautiful home that is located across the street from fairview bus terminus. Fairview bus terminal is the bus station that takes you directly to the subway system of Montreal (approx 20min bus ride). This home is in prime location for shopping, groceries yet still in a quiet neighborhood with lots of green spaces. The home is located on a very quiet street in a very secure neighborhood.

We are looking for mature students, or someone relocating to Canada for work. We are looking for female individuals that are very clean and tidy. The home will provide weekly cleaning services of bathrooms and kitchen, however the renters are recquired to keep the shared space clean and organised. The neighborhood is very residential, therefore it is imperative that the renters are quiet and respectful. The home has been fully renovated and is in brand new condition, we are looking for renters that will keep the place in this state so that all the renters can benefit from a beautiful living space. The home is smoke and drug free environement. No smoking or drug consumption will be tolerated under any circumstances.

The home has 4 private bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, the bedrooms range in price from 1200-1400$ USD depending on the size of the bedroom you choose. The home will be fully furnished with all the furniture necessary to simple move in. There are brand new applicances, washer, dryer, sofas etc.
The backyard is a large green space with a balcony and lots of greenery.
