Must be ok with children, we have seven children between age of 12-22yrs old. Must be flexible, schedules change. We are on the go a lot. Must get movies approved, we have young children and do not approve of watching inappropriate PG-13and R rated movies. No food or beverages in bedroom. Water bottles ok. School night bedtime 9:30pm. Weekends negotiable, usually by 11p. Clean up after yourself. Laundry done most evenings. Clean linens and towels on Sunday. On Sunday, you are welcome to attend church with the family at 10am. We can discuss more family rules later.

We are located about 10min from downtown Mount Dora. We do have several taxi companies and ubers available for transportation, but if you give me notice, I can drive you locally. Several shopping stores, movie theaters, and restaurants within walking distance. Walt Disney World is a 60 minute drive, Sea World Orlando is a 50min drive, Universal Studios Orlando is a 40 min drive, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is a 71 min drive, and China Town Orlando is a 45 min drive from Mount Dora.
