Wonderful and warm atmosphere at home. You will enjoy the company of lady Dalva, Stefanie and Jack. Welcome to out home. The apartment is not very big, but very clean and cozy. It takes 1 minutes to train station Ma and R and about to 15 min to Manhattan. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and busy. You can find anything you need around, like groceries, markets, cafeterias, movie theater, gyms, Yoga, shopping mall street, restaurants, and more.

It is a nice size private room with a big window. A comfortable bed, little desk, dresser and a closet. The apartment is pretty small, but very cozy. The lady host sleeps on the living room accommodated as her space. The bathroom is very clean. The kitchen supplies anything you need to prepare your light meal and coffee. We request to be quiet between 10:00 evening till 10:00 morning, that include the shower time and the cooking time.
One of the best thing is, that the apartment is right in the heartland of Astoria and takes 15 min to Manhattan.

The apartment is in a very strategical location, close to subway two minutes walking. The room is a rail road, but still you have your privacy. My aunt is the sweetest person, who you will meet during your stay.
The two beds are bank beds in full size. Great value, comfortable stay and unbeatable location!

Petya is an absolutely wonderful host. She was most gracious to my requests of a change of arrival date, and she is also a really excitable person. She really puts in a ton of effort into organizing outings / gatherings for her tenants, and that makes us feel like we're part of one big happy family. I am having a truly wonderful stay with her!
