We understand the needs of international students and provide much assistance to ensure you have
a gentle transisition to life in Melbourne and a wonderful stay in Melbourne We also have a beach property available for students to visit or have a break on weekends. We have a dog who stays outside only and is very friendly.

Our Home is situated in the Westgarth area of Northcote - a very safe, leafy suburb in inner city melbourne. We live around the corner from the Train station which takes 15 mins by train to the middle of the city of Melbourne. We are also close to the tram which also takes you to the city- or in the opposite direction takes you to Latrobe University and RMIT , The house is walking distance to Westgarth shopping precinct and the eclectic and upbeat High St where Lady Gaga visited during her last tour

Paul and Lekkie are great homestay hosts - very friendly helpful and sincere. They helped me a lot when I needed it and respected my independence and privacy I stayed in a nice comfortable room
and Lekkie's cooking was delicious. I intended to stay for a few months whilst at uni - but stayed on for 2 years as it was so comfortable, relaxing, good for study and so convenient to the city being so close to the train station. I would highly recommend Gentle Homestay
