Warm cozy home in the city center

The house has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, one living room.
I live alone but my boyfriend usually comes. We are lawyers and very friendly.
I am very respectful with my tenants and I can recomend you some places to visit if you need.
I wok and study.My flat is the third floor without elevator. It is a beautiful building with balcons.
The room I rent is an interior room (without Windows, but have a ventilation conect to the living room) but very comfortable, you can use the living room whenever you want.

Es una habitacion interior pero muy espaciosa e iluminada. Amplio burro para colgar ropa y un mueble con dos cajones muy grandes. Mucha intimidad con respecto al resto de la casa.
Se admiten parejas si se adaptan a la cama individual. (suplemento por dia)
El salon, la cocina y el bano es de uso comun para todos los visitantes.
