Dear customers, in order for you to have the best possible experience in our homestay, we would like to ask for your kind understanding of and cooperation the regulations below: 1. Please provide your passport or ID for check-in procedure! We will return your documents once you check out. 2. Please note the number of people allowed to stay in the apartment is 6 people (Children over 6 years old is considered as an adult). If you have more people, we will provide extra blankets and pillows with a fee of 200,000 VND/person/night.(Maximum 10 people /apartment). 3. Check-in time: 2pm; check-out time: 12pm. Late check-out is subject to additional room charges (50% more if check-out later than 12pm). 4. Guests are responsible to keep their own personal belongings, La Harbour is only responsible for languages which guests requested us to keep. 5. Please do not smoke inside the house. 6. Please do not organize any gambling activities in the house. 7. Please note that do not drop food or drink in the house as this will attract pest into the house. If you accidentally drop your food, please clean up immediately. If you do not clean after cooking, we will collect 300,000VND ? 1.000.000VND cleaning fee. 8. Please turn off the lights and electrical appliances if not used. 9. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house or before sleep. 10. If you damage or break furniture in your apartment, we ask for a repair fee depending on the value of each item. 11. Please do not bring pet into the house. 12. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please note: the landlord has a right to charge extra if you bring more people into the house without permission. 13. Please do not make loud noise after 10pm. 14. Prohibit bringing any kind of weapon, poison, corrosives, hazardous materials, and drug. In the case of disobey, we are responsible to inform local police and you are required to take full responsibilities.
