This Gold Coast share house and home stay house is located in Benowa and is available exclusively for international students studying English at any English college in Southport, Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach or Griffith University Gold Coast. All guests are students from countries such as Brazil, Japan, Pakistan, France.
Our house is popular with many students as it is a quiet, safe, comfortable and a convenient place to stay when you first arrive on the Gold Coast to study English.
We welcome singles, pairs of students and groups of students for both short term and long term stays.
NORMAL WEEKLY RATES
Single furnished room + internet+ water + electricity + breakfast + dinner each day = $250 per person per week
Shared furnished room (with one other person)+ internet+ water + electricity= $200 per person per week

Guests will have access to comfortable living areas, outdoor areas and pool (during the summer).
Guests can also be picked up from Coolangatta airport for $100 or Brisbane airport $150
Benowa is in the middle of the Gold Coast and this home stay share house is located close to Benowa Gardens Shopping Centre, the Botanic Gardens and local bus stops and Surfers Paradise beach.
Getting Around
Buses are located within walking distance.
Please note we only accept international students who are officially living here and are enrolled in any English college, college or university here on the Gold Coast or travellers on working holiday visas. We also prefer long term tenants.

He liked the location, it is close to stores and public transportation. Facilities at the house were good for him... As a mum, I was very happy w Monique she was very helpful with support and very responsive to my queries.
